Payment Method
We accept cash, bank transfer, or credit card payment.
※Please note that bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
※If you pay by credit card, we will send you an invoice by e-mail that will take you to the payment page.
Method of delivery of artwork
We will deliver the work at our office or send it by Yamato Transport, Yu-pack, or EMS.
For shipments within Japan, we will bear the shipping costs.
※If shipping outside of Japan, the customer will be responsible for the fees related to customs clearance and shipping charges.
Paulownia Box
For the safety of our works, we wrap them gently in unrolled thin paper and protect them with bubble packing before storing them in cardboard boxes one by one. For this reason, we do not provide a paulownia box for each piece. It will take about 10 days to prepare the box. We will pay for the cost.
※Please note that we do not provide a paulownia box for sales outside of Japan.
Certificate of Authenticity
We guarantee the authenticity of all works and issue a certificate of authenticity.
We will send it to you along with the artwork.
Return Policy
Compared to the past, shopping online relying on images and descriptions has become the norm. It is a world apart. However, there is still a sense of uneasiness. Because you are making a purchase without seeing the actual product, it is inevitable that you will hesitate, especially if the product is expensive. We are confident in the quality of the works we offer, but we also want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and keep them with them for a long time.
Therefore, we accept returns for any reason (even if you don't like the item when you see it...) only within Japan, provided that you observe the following conditions.
・Naturally, the work must be returned in the same condition as it was when it arrived.
※If the work is damaged after opening the package, we will not accept it.
・Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the work to request a return and to obtain our approval.
・All actual costs incurred in delivery of the work are to be borne by the customer.
※Shipping, return postage, ¥15,000 for issuing a certificate of the work, and fees for making a paulownia box and shipping it.
・The above amounts will be deducted from the refund after the return is received.
※If you paid the return shipping fee by prepayment, it will not be included in the deducted amount.
Points to note

Please note that there may be scratches, distortion, wear and stains due to age.

The dimensions may vary by a few millimeters because measurements are not taken with special equipment.

The color may slightly differ from the actual color due to the light at the time of shooting or the display environment of the device.
